100% recommend Ambassador pools. Had a great experience. We did have a minor hiccup with our pool liner and had a sharp tree root poking up from underneath but the service team came out the next week and we had to fix it and the company took very good care of us!! The owner Dan was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything as well as make sure we were satisfied! Literally the best investment we could have made! Thanks Ambassador pools!

Ambassador pools was outstanding! I called them on a Saturday in June, they came to my house on Sunday. I bought the pool that arrived on Tuesday and it was installed on Thursday😯😯💯. My beautiful pool was expensive$$, however, I don't know of a company in America that can go from phone call to quote, to delivery and installation in 5 days! Also, Armando and his crew were amazing with the installation. On time, professional, and clean. I now have a big beautiful pool, that is practically maintenance free for the next 30 years! If you can afford the cadillac of above ground pools, go for it!💯💯💯

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing my experience with Ambassador Pools was and has continued to be. We met with Gary Duquette on a Friday. He came to the house and spent a lot of time with us, not only going over everything, but also answering any questions we had. He even went out to our yard and we measured and discussed, in detail, where was the best place for our pool to be installed. He was engaging, knowledgeable and very personable. We comfortably signed our contract that evening and Gary continues to check in with us to make sure we are satisfied with our purchase. He is such an asset to this company!!! Peter Morrill, the general manager, took care of the contract/financing side. He made sure we had no questions and from day 1 we received informational videos and emails to keep us educated about our new pool. He too was just amazing and was very quick to respond to our emails and calls. This process was seamless!! That following Thursday, our pool was installed YES, I SAID INSTALLED...COMPLETELY INSTALLED IN 1 DAY!!!! The contractors were amazing and worked together like a well oiled machine. They were there from the early morning until that evening, making sure everything was perfect. They were unbelievable!! I have always owned a pool. We actually had on a waiting list for an inground pool to be installed. But over 1.5 years had passed and we still had not received any information of when we would have the pool installed. I am glad things turned out the way they did. After a lot of research, I am so happy that we chose Ambassador Pools. We could not be happier with the product. This experience was perfection and this company is exceptional. The quality of the pool is superior to any pool I have ever owned. Since the install, we have spent many days in our pool and look forward to many more years of enjoying our fabulous pool.

We had the most amazing experience with this company. Overall hands down best customer service representatives they have. Our sales rep Zach Hansen with Ambassador Pools was out on a Wednesday was very thorough on all the info for the pool and install process. He even made a few phone calls and got us the best deal possible. And said he could have the pool installed within two weeks and that they had everything in stock. We had all materials at our house that Friday ready for when every they could install. That Monday Zach had our pool delivered and that Wednesday he had gotten them out to install our pool. Was not even a full week to wait to have them install. It was installed in a day and ready to swim the next morning. Was hands down best experience I have had with a company in a long time, from start to finish ease of processs. This pool has been amazing and best investment we have decided to make. Bonus it has kept the kids busy all summer long so far.

Love this pool!!!! Loved the installation! Fast, efficient, friendly clean, professional, group of guys installing. They are the best. You can really tell they work as a team. They are like a well oiled machine. Get it done and done fast! Couldn’t be more thrilled. The company was so patient with me since I was on the fence if I was financially able to afford the pool. No pressure at all. I am so happy I decided to do it. We are going to love this low maintenance pool for our family for years to come. If you are thinking about doing it, don’t think …. DO IT!

We made an appointment to meet with Ambassador Pools in the middle of April after realizing our existing above ground pool was finally on it’s last leg. We contacted several local pool companies and we shocked at the price increase for a standard above ground pool. We were hesitant to proceed with a Kayak because of the additional cost, but figured we would listen to the sales pitch and go from there. Our salesperson, Gary, spent a good deal of time with us explaining the quality of the pool and how the pool might fit in our yard. He even pulled out a tape measure and told us what we’d need to do to prepare our yard and how it was possible for them to retrofit and abut the pool to our existing deck originally built for a round pool! When every other pool company was quoting us installation times in July/August, Gary said if we started the process soon they could have us swimming by Memorial Day. We took about a week to move forward with our decision to purchase through Ambassador and Gary answered all of our questions and tried to put us at ease. We did finance through them as well which was a fairly seamless process. The trouble came with our permit when we discovered issues with the placement of our pool in our yard in relation to our septic system. Jennifer went above and beyond her job description to address our concerns and dig for property information that should have been part of public record. This process put us weeks behind schedule and left unsure if we’d be able to proceed. Jennifer was empathetic and truly wanted to help us make the right decision. After much debate the town issued the permit and we were able to accept the pool delivery. Our pool was delivered 6/2/2022 and by some sort of magic Ambassador contacted us to set up installation for 6/6/2022! The only snag we ran into was communication between employees at Ambassador. While there was email communication that outlined the abutment to our existing deck between management of Ambassador our installation team was not aware until the day before install. However, despite that Chico went over our options for abutment to our existing deck and was willing to proceed as previously discussed. The day of installation was the smoothest part of our experience. Chico and his team were fantastic and far exceeded our expectations. He clearly communicated with us throughout the installation process and made sure were comfortable with the plan. The pool was up in less than 5 hours! The next day someone came to connect our chlorine system since we were using our hose to fill up. Although we have some landscaping to do everything looks amazing and the pool is gorgeous! We can’t wait to swim!
